Welcome to another season of Hockey.

There are just some important rules that I would like to outline for you so you all are aware. Please read the rule book for more details.

·         Just a reminder these rules are put in place to keep you safe and make sure you are able to go to work in the morning. I can not stress enough this is just recreational hockey.

·         ALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN A WAIVER before they play their first game.

·         Payment must be received in full by the 4^th week of the season or our team is not eligible to go onto the ice the following week.

·         No Fighting! Fighting is considered a serious offence and players who are in the league to fight will be removed.

·         Signing In- It is the team reps responsibility to sign in all of his players. If the team rep is not present have someone else on the team sign in all the players.

·         Punch to the Head. Any player throwing a full punch directed at opponents head with intent to injury the opponents head. A punch to the head will result in an automatic suspension the following week.

·         NO TAILGATING!!! Any teams caught tailgating are subject to removal from the Pavilion Men’s Hockey League.

·         Please stay off the ice until the Zamboni door is closed. Failure to do so will result in a bench minor

·         Abuse of Officals- Verbal abuse of officials will not be tolerated. If an Official makes a bad call just suck it up and move on. The officials are there to call penalties, if you get a penalty go to the penalty box and be quiet. Any player verbally abusing officials is subject to suspension.  Physical abuse of officials will definitely not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the league.

·         Running Time- 3^rd period- Goal difference is 5 or more

·   3^rd Period less than 5 minutes the goal difference is 4 or more

·   3^rd Period less than 1 minutes the goal difference is 3 or more  

·         Penalty Rule- 6 minutes of Penalties and you are out of the remainder of the game. This includes a 4 minute stick infraction and a 2 minute minor.

·         Alcohol and Drugs- We not allow alcohol or drug in the arena. We do not want to see any alcohol or drug entering the arena.

·         Roster- Please have your roster filled so I can put it on the website and track your stats as accurately as possible.

·         Reminder Pitcher of Domestic Beer for a Penalty Free Game, Hat Trick and Shut Out.
